Glow worm Ultimate boiler

Hi all.

I have a Glow worm Ultimate boiler which is 16 years old and kettles like mad.i think it is the heat exchanger limed up.
could i remove it and clean it out to stop this, if so ,how, i am an electrician not a plumber.

No. Only a gas safe registered engineer can do that.

:welcome: to the forum bwinley 🙂 Do you live in a hard water area? There are chemicals you can buy at the local DIY shop that you can put in the system to attempt to fix the issue! However is may be sludge not scale or even a faulty component that's producing the symptoms so it may pay to have someone take a look? IMHO
