Glowworm engineers call it a support, and I've changed quite a few in my time, the worst ones are when the boiler is sat on the bloody floor with minimum clearances lol.........

which glowworm is that off . I want to do a flexicom one but keep passing to glowworm .scared of not getting all the seals and bits I need

That is the one for the flexicom, and they do usually come with all the seals
