GLOWWORM betacom 30c help needed

hello again visited this boiler today and all is well with heating but when turm the hot water on the flow rate goes alarmingly low as if something is blocking it it also makes a noise when water is on cold supply presure is great any help would be greatful thanks

no i didnt have time as i had to be home for certain time tonigh and i wasnt in my area so i was told there was no heating at all so got all the heating working then he showed me the water situation what you reckon it is

strip and check for blockages on the mixer tap in the kitchen

Are all the hot taps the same boothy? If so then I'd be looking at a filter or flow restrictor blocked, 1st thoughts 🙂

agree with dg, if not that then plate he has probably scaled up

thanks alot for the reply all taps are bad if two turned on then one will go off i will strip it down and look at properly more of a installer but new job means alot of maintenace so got to start somewhere i suppose thanks guys for your help appreciated

Limescale area? Sounds like the plate heat exchanger is blocked with limescale.
Or there are blockages elsewhere in the pipework.
