got to look at one tomorrow with flame failure is there any common problems with these boilers as not worked on many of these . also what voltage is gas valve cant see in manual

Check the condense trap sensor, its a very common problem.

Also high / low burner pressures. Had one last week, don't work on CH. Low BP was 1mb. Should be 3.5 iirc??
set it up correctly and fired and rectified everytime.
Also as already suggested condense sensor.

cheers sorted .was a gas issue boiler was in a group of bed sits. 5 gas meters in row new tenant had put gas credit on his neighbours meter his was off due to no credit. gas meter the other side of the building took me a bit to figure out which meter as to which bedsit

sods law just been called to another betacom c and it was the condense sensor . dried it out and re fitted does anyone know the modification kit part number
