good cheap reliable boiler

i'm after a combi for the rental market any suggestions

Ideal Logic +, good price, decent quality and although I believe they are heading back to a 5 year guarantee, they are currently 7 year.

:iagree: Good boilers to fit & maintain. Relatively cheap too. If you go for something else avoid the cheaper Italian imports as although they appear cheap the cost for parts is usually quite high.

thanks for input i defo have, a look at the ideal logic the isar has marred my way of thinking,i was going down the potterton route.

If you go for the ideal, go for logic plus if fitted before Xmas for the 7 yr warranty deal that is running until then. If after Xmas look at the ideal independent plus, it is more or less the same boiler with a 5 yr warranty but quite a lot cheaper - independent prices include flue and clock.

I am a full time landlord and have been buying the potterton gold boilers recently and think they are great value

The main reason for choosing Gold over the Main was because the gold has stainless steel heat exchanger

Go for the ideal mate. You won't be disappointed. No comparison to the isar thank god! And with the warrenty it's great value or money IMO.

Have heard good things about the Logic range though!
