Hi plumbing forum, Im hoping you might be able to help? I have a Grasslin Towerchron QE2. When setting the unit to Timer both the heating and hot water instantly come on. I have reset the unit using the reset button in the pin hole and confirmed there is no schedule configured but once I set the unit to Timer both the heating and hot water instantly come on. Is there a battery in the timer that needs replacing? Could it be a wiring problem or is the unit itself at fault? Any suggestions, next steps welcome. Thanks for your time. Jonathon
