i,m taking out a andrews 190lt open flue unvented cylinder , not sure what advice to give for hot water supply . has to feed 4 basins .
has to be gas , not keen on direct heating..

unvented cyl and heat only condensing boiler if the customer wants gas, local hairdresser i work for happy with Mira showers over basin and shared combi for sinks and wc basin, cheaper to put in 4 miras than cyl and boiler imho

and cheaper to replace from a maintenance point of veiw😀

inresponse to "wot about a combi?"

have you run 4 showers off a combi? a busy hairdressing salon will do so, you need stored water or 4 independant heating units

Have one, works off a normal cylinder ,storage tank above, with pumped supply to outlets or could use a couple of multi points if main ok
or multi point and electric heaters for each shower

I have replaced Andrews open flued unvented cylinders with Ecocents before, a straight forward change and you have no need to reconnect the gas.
