I have a Halstead ace high combi boiler approx 5 yrs old started having probs with hot water changed diaphraghm, thermistor prv ( due to leaking) had new external exp vessel cleaned he , added fernox sludge and descaler ran through system for 9 days today drained down system and added inhibitor, now problems! no heating or hot water! power led on , heat or hot water led on, no fan or boiler ignition. Help plz

no fan means ignition sequence wont continue hence no hot water/ch, check fan for power or siezure as a starter, next time dont by halstea.ds, reputation isnt that good

I have been to a similar problem today on a Halstead ace, checked everything all was ok, reset boiler and it started up no probs, run DHW no probs, after swithching from DHW to CH several times the problem reared its ugly head again. All lights on as they should be, no lockout indicated but not responding to demand. I am guessing it is either the Divertor or the PCB. Any thoughts?

check the basics, flow switch!
