Halstead ace no hot water

hi guys just after second opinion. not that familier with halstead ace. boiler fire o.k for heating but no hot water. visual noticed that d.h.w spindle moves but not far enough to make micro switch, same goes for primary flow switch, that spindle moves but not far enough to make primary flow switch. i removed both micro switches manually presses both in boiler fires for hot water refit micro switches. sure its diaphram in brass hot water flow switch but would this effect both spindles not activating micro switches.:frown2:

Yes - if not then its the water section - replace whole unit.
