I would like to know whether anyone has used onlinebathrooms.com or Victoria Plumb and what their experiences are - good or bad?

I tent to avoid online companies, too much red tape and messing around when you want to return something for what ever reason and very little aftersales support if there is a problem with the goods.

I have used online bathrooms before. I bought a cloakroom suite from them. I thought there prices were good. They sent the wrong size basin but sent the right size the next day. They didnt pick the wrong one up for about a week though. All in all i was pretty happy with them.
