This is amazing.
No leaks and losing pressure.
charged up 0.8 bar yesterday. And down complete by the morning!
And weren't doing so before and have no leaks in the system?
Going back tomorrow to check the pressure as I've g it on dry test atm.

Pressure vessel flat? Heat exchanger leaking down condensate?

It is not a condensed. It's seven years of age and std combi
Hope it's not none of them as I've got the whole system exclude combi @2bar air test
Just the radiators and pipework atm

Could still be pressure vessel then. Seven years old! Condensers were law in April 2005 weren't they?

Well it's probably older than I thought then...!
You know exactly what when peeps "say" these things.
Doesn't have the emissions test point over elbow flue!
Has burner pressure test nips at gas valve!!

I didn't think it was and that is why we can only fit band a now as they are all condensers.

Wow... sounds like I'm looking for a band aid kit..
Er..er..is this passable..
Thanks very the refresher.

I didn't think it was and that is why we can only fit band a now as they are all condensers.

Band a,s use a zero governor, fully aspirated. Band b,s are a conventional boiler with a secondary heat exchanger to glean the heat from the flue. They condensate, and have to have a condensate drain.
Look up Baxi 105he manuals.

Leo. Cheers mate. You've got it bang on mate.
Pipe and rad pressure was perfect. And I did just that and placed a bag under prv last night. Charged system to 1 bar and down to 0.7 boiler not used!
Can I get a kit of its easier to replace??
Do I have to remove hold pump assy??
Have you ever seen the MI's For this type of combi??
All its showing is how to remove 4our screws from front and cover panels!!
All else is to follow fault diagnosis!!

Can't you just replace the guts? Wind out the inner assembly. That's what I do on the awckward ones. Make sure you clean any dirt out with a cloth. Use a little mirror to check.

The plastic inners wind out. Ignore the circled bit, it's above it.

Can't believe I never took a picture!
Only kit I can find for it is the diverter valve stm!
Place is empty and leaving peeps leave today for holiday to Jamaica for two weeks holiday .
Yes PRV very awkward to get to.
How do I go about getting the repair kit please mate???

Just ring your parts supplier with a gc number, and ask for prv.

That's exactly what I was looking at. The bit you've circled. That capillary took looks like a break waiting to happen.
In going to get someone else at it and I'll watch how is done mate...
As I'm a beginner lolzAnd as for GC number, take a look at the DP IMG_20160104_203550.jpg

As soon as I'm back at it I'll take more pictures.
And no GC number tag fixed.
