Does anyone have any idea why my Central Heating always comes on when I have my Hot Water on?

It makes no difference if my room thermostat is up or down - or if the switch on my programmer is on or off!

I've only been moved in 3 weeks and I'm sweating my @ss off every time the hot water comes on?

Any info would be gladly received.

Its a Y-plan system, with Danfoss 3 port valve.

I've tried to manually move the lever at the top, but it seems jammed. So I think that you might be right... the D-Valve is stuck in the mid position, letting water into both pipe feeds.
