Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I have a Baxi bermuda 552 back boiler that runs a one pipe heating system and fire.(hot water is on a separate system). I have removed the fire front so i could make good the chimney breast. Whilst removing a stud wall to the side of the chimney i have managed to pull out some wiring to the timer switch, boiler and spur. I am not totally to blame as the person who wired it in originally decided to 'tape' some of the wiring to the stud wall leaving me to 'take it out'?
Basically the timer, thermostat, pump, boiler and lighting to the fire surround need wiring in.
All the wires are there, they just need connecting properly.
I have spoken with a local heating engineer who tells me i need to get an electrician to wire the boiler back in before he can refit the fire front? (who has now disappeared!):sad3:
After speaking with a local electrician he tells me that a heating engineer is needed??
I have contacted a couple of local electricians who have yet to appear?
So? Who do I need for this type of job?
Is this a pain in the back side job that no one really wants to take on?(hence the lack of enthusiasm from the electricians i have contacted?)
Is there anyone interested in the Plymouth area who would be able to sort this for me? (cash waiting)
Feel free to reply or to PM me on 07775752424
Many Thanks
