Heatline C24 No Hot Water

Boiler works ok in Heating Mode but will not fire the burner in HW mode, suspect the problem to be HW thermistor, HW flow switch or PCB have checked the operation of changeover valve & actuator head both Ok is there away of checking the flow switch & the thermister (resistance values)
