Hello chaps!

Been browsing the forums for quite a while and seems/is really helpful. Trying to take all the knowledge in!

Been a 'Plumber' for 2 years-ish. I have done 1 year on site, this year i decided to take myself back to college to get my NVQ2. Been invited back to do my NVQ3 which im hoping to smash out.

Installed a crap load of bathrooms and unvented under supervision ofcourse (for all you 'PC' people out there)

Before all this i was a Data Telecomms engineer in Canary Wharf.

Anyway ready to learn more! Cheers, Jay.

more money in telecoms and it systems!

That there is, but its a hard line of work to get into. I did it for around 6/7 years without any qualifications i was taught on the job. I didnt want to leave it in all honesty how ever i love learning new trade's etc and i have many i can fall back on, all with some form of skill obviously. My pal has started his own Plumbingcompany up so im helping him run that at the minute while im scouting for an apprenticeship. Going to send 1 off to Pimlico but i doubt i will hear anything back to be honest haha.

I do enjoy plumbing, the problem solving etc. I cant wait to get stuck into it full time again with a ticket!

And thank you Big Bud!
