Hi all
Just a quick hello and a question (apologise if the question is in the wrong part). I’m potentially new to the plumbing world. I currently work as a Financial Advisor for a bank and new rules mean we need to raise our qualification level (which i fully support and am still studying) but as I have had enough of the, industry and am in the studying frame of mind I was thinking about retraining as a plumber once i have passed the diploma. I have booked an appointment to see a company called, New Career Skills. I was wondering if they are any good and what the career is like. I would rather be putting in a shift seeing an end product then sitting behind a desk. At 25 though am I to old to change and if the qualification is right would I get "laughed at" when applying for jobs?
Feedback much appreciated
