Does it have to be photobucket? I've uploaded to postimage.org and using the Insert Image link as you suggest but it still doesn't want to play ball...

Thanks, guys. I still seem to be having trouble inserting an image, or even a link to a post. I'm following the instructions as given by croppie... Perhaps new users are restricted on this?
