I've been asked to give a price for a service and a landlord certificate, the problem is i'm not shaw on what to charge. anyone know the going rate for northamptonshire.

depends on what boiler it is and what parts may need replacing , I would read the MI before I quoted if I was unfamiliar with the boiler , as to price it varies
