So, I have bought a 3-bed semi and in the middle of renovating it. In the process we have removed the gas supply and going all electric.
We have radiators sorted, but the thing we are struggling with, is hot water for bath shower, kitchen and downstairs toilet?
Would it be worth having a separate instantaneous heater for the kitchen, bathroom, and downstairs toilet?

Kitchen: https://www.boilersandtaps.co.uk/in...neous-inline-water-heater-9.6 kw-thermostatic
Downstairs toilet: Redring RP1 Powerstream 9.5kW Instant Water Heater - https://www.boilersandtaps.co.uk/instant-hot-water-boilers/electric-water-heaters/redring-rp1-powerstream-9.5kw-instant-water-heater
Or would there be a better option out there for us?
