Help for pump type

Hi was looking for some help, I have an old baxi boiler in my house with a grundfos pump. The problem is that the pump has started rattling very loud, so im looking to replace it. As the pump is years old i cant find one to match it. the pump is a grundfor - TYPE ups15-45-x18 model A no. can anyone tell me what type, model i could replace it with?
