help having problems with boiler

my Genus HE Type C boiler has just come up with and error E 02. insufficient water pressure and looking at the pressure gage it is on 0!!! my manuel says bring the water pressure up by by opening the water inlet valve and then resetting.......i have no idea how to open the water inlet valve.....could someone please help my house is getting really cold 🙁

dont worry kids i worked it......go blond julz.....pretty proud of myself right now......i just turned both little black valves on at the same time woooop
