Help identifying this valves please

I need to replace 2 of these valve bodies & head but never come across them before, the TRV threads into the radiator thread not sure if I can remove TRV valve body from TRV and this will fit thread of radiator. Customer doesn't want to replace the radiators as they are unique seat type radiator. Im hoping someone on here has come across this before.
