Help needed with identity update

This is an update to my earlier question, this time I have added pictures.
Can anyone tell me what the grey thing is. Also where the black plastic water supply pipe enters the stopcock is this connected with an olive and a capnut.
Finally would the guts of a modern day stopcock fit into the body of this old stopcock. 😕

The grey thing is a pressure reducing valve 3 bar with internal filter
Yes it's an olive on pipe
Not sure if a new stopcock would fit as not sure on size of pipe but I think it looks like 3/4 black

Sorry do you mean just the internal bits of stopcock if so I'm not sure never tried it to be honest why not just get a new one

Yes Gray0689 I was wondering whether I could just change the internal bits from a new stopcock to save disturbing the old one. The black supply pipe is 3/4 but without undoing it I dont know if a 22mm stopcockwould fit.
As for the grey pressure valve, it dont have much effect on the kitchen sink tap as the pressure is very powerful. Due to lack of space I want to get rid of it. As I have no central heating, just an immersion, 2 wash basins and one WC all fed from the loft tank I cant see that I need keep it.
I do have an electric shower however which was already in the house when I moved in, do you think it could have been put in for this shower?

2. Yes. The black acky is connected with a nut and ring.
3. Why do you want to change the guts of the valve? Is it passing? If it is just put a new washer on it.

If you want the pressure lower peel the label off and turn the screw on the pressure reducer anticlockwise

So you could remove the plug and fit a pet cock (drain valve)

tamz the stopcock does have a slight leak but the reason I would like to change it or fit new guts is because although it turns in and out it dont shut off the water.
I have to go down the road and turn off the tap down a long hole half filled with mud and stuff.
