Hoping someone can help with a question that I'm sure is very straightforwrad but has me baffled.

Kitchen mixer tap (see photo) driping when hot water supply is switched on.

I cannot figure out how to remove the hot water tap (as I presume that's how I get access to the washer / cartridge). The swan neck is removable.

The tap has 4 small screw in mini 'handles' - but when all these are removed I still cannot see or understand how one gets at the washer or cartridge.

Help !! thanks !!

try the end of the tap where the 4 spindles are and see if the end unscrews or clips off.

have you a bigger and cearer pic of just one of the tap ends where the 4 spindles are
 
And whats that big white corkscrew for in the pot behind? You drink some big bottles of wine

look down the holes where the spindles came out in one should be a grub scew usually allen key occasionally a slot loosen this and the tap head should come of exsposing the body for removal
 
is that a tropical fish catcher... next to big cork screw...
