HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

need some help please guys, got glow worm ultimate heat only boiler, firing but went off after 3mins. In Airing cupboard pipes were getting hot upto pump so seemed it was pump impeller broken.

Changed pump but seems to be getting no power to pump, just replace British gas up2 programmer with equivalent Drayton lp722 but still no power at pump.

Getting power in on white & out on orange of danfoss HSA3 mid position valve with both water & heating on.

Boiler is lighting and getting pipes hot but cutting out due to overheat.

Any ideas????

HI Shaun,

was standard one, found it to be PCB in the end was Scorch mark near a relay. Thanks for replying though.

I do have another query if your able to help i have a glowworm 15hxi that is pulsing on looking on internet it seems to be a common problem with PCB or fan usually being at fault.

Would you know best way to test both components for this fault, would it be a case of putting multimeter on supply to fan and seeing if current is fluctuating pointing towards PCB?

Depends if it's flame plusing check voltage at fan and that should give you your answer

You need to pm shaun your gas safe registration number to be verified you can then post on the gas safe installer forum section for help , if your not registerd then you should not be doing gas related repairs . kop
