Help with redesigning my bathroom.

I want to move the bathroom around but see a few possible problems. If i moved the toilet to other side of bathroom to where the soil stack runs outside, is it possible to take the soil pipe from the toilet, under the bath and then outside? Thanks

You do not give any measurements involved or amount of elbows ect but as long as you can get the right fall,not a problem,if distance gets to far,which it probably isn't you may have to fit a air admittance valve
