🙁Hello, This is my first time on the forum and being a female without knowing much about plumbing I hope that someone can help with some advice I have a Triton Electric T80si shower which has worked well then suddenly was only luke warm. I have now found that if I run the hot water from the bath tap then the shower becomes hot. The shower is a direct feed from the mains, although running bath water doesn't seem to reduce flow much as it was never brilliant but ok.
Any idea's would be gratefully received, many thanks Annabella

Welcome to UKPlumbersForums.co.uk annabella. Thanks for introducing yourself.

hi and welcome.

your shower has 2 settings hi and low.
on low it operates one heater element, on high, 2 elements.
run the shower on low but high heat, the water flow will be less but temp ok.

if it is not adequate, then you need a new shower as the elements cost around £65, it is not cost viable to replace the high heat element.

Hi, Thank you so much for information on my Triton shower, I shall try doing as you suggest and will let you know how I get on, many thanks annabella 🙂🙂
