"I have noticed that my radiator in one of my rooms does not seem to be heating up
the room to the normal temperature. It always worked perfectly fine and heated
the room lovely but now it is so cold I cannot sit in it. The rest of the house
is fine and radiators are working normally....I have tried bleeding the radiator but did not work, the radiator has not cold spots

"I have tried bleeding the radiator but did not work" did it not bleed or it made no difference?
is the radiator as hot as the others?
has the balance of the system been affected by other radiators being removed and the valves being opened more than before?

Does it have a thermostatic radiator valve, have you had the radiator turned off? Could be a stuck valve.

I did not touch anything everything was working fine heating every room nicely, then I noticed that one of the rooms was cold in comparison to what it used to be. The radiator is heating all over but not to the same temperature as usual....I did try bleeding but no air just water came out and no noises.....coincidently I seem to be using more gas than normal

If you have thermostic valves on each radiator, then you have a faulty valve, if you can remove the valve head (only) you will see a center pin , give it a bit of WD40 and tap the pin lightly with a hammer until pin pops up!

if that doesn't work you could try closing the other radiators to see if there is a blockage/air lock that gets pushed through

how would it become faulty if I have not touched it and it was working ok before

check the pin in the valve on the problem rad first as said,if that doesn't work then try turning the others of. if its a blockage developed could be different reasons depending on type/age of system

Is it the last rad on the run? Could be a build up of sludge, could be signs that the pump is on the way out.

its not the last radiator on the run but will try the pin on the valve first and then if still not working will try shutting the other radiators off........it is an old system we have been here 13 years and it was in before we came.
