Hi am new to this forum and plumbing, am 27 and after years of working in jobs with no reward or promotional opportunity would love to gain a trade.

Suppose I have come to the right place, Ordered the Heinemann book earlier and and looking into a fast track course as realise I wouldnt get apprentiship think I will go out on own after the course all help welcome and even a plumber in Glasgow who would let me be there gofa to learn some skills

Please read all the threads about training and the state of the industry at the moment so you know what you are getting into before you look at the trade with rose tinted spectacles.
