Hi and help please -Worcester combi boiler no CH

Hi all, I am new to this but a bit desperate for advice on my Worcester greenstar30si boiler.I have searched for ages on the web for manuals and trouble shooting guides but have not found anything of use.

I have no CH, the ignition light is not on but the thermostat shows that it's on, but I have no heating.

Any ideas?

Is it possible to ignite manually and not through the thermostat ?

the boiler doesnt have a pilot light, its a HE boiler
