Hi mattbiow

Welcome to the forums, hope you enjoy

I would say it is best first to work for someone to gain experience

What will be your starting salary, probably a lot less than you think,if in fact you manage to find a position with a salary in all honesty

imho

It is always best to work with a company where you can learn the trade. Training courses, no matter how well run can never give you that.
Straight out there, your starting salary (wages) would be 0 as in zero rising to ??? well that depends on many factors. Often nothing to do with how good or bad you may be.

Working for someone this will give you an idea.

Don't listen to the stupid big money claims. It rarely happens.
Like everything else, for every big success there are 1000 or more who just survive. If it were that easy the world would be full of Alan Sugar's or Warren Buffet's.
