I've just in the process of fitting Aqualisa's HiQu range to my bathroom and I'm having problems with the bath controller.
The bath system has been up and running for a couple of weeks and initially everything was ok until the controller decided to only provide water when in 'bath level setup' mode. (no start/stop)
I had decided to put up with it until after the complete install but now it has decided to stop working altogether. The controller light comes on but after an initial splutter of water stops completely.
Sometimes it resets after I've switched the fused spur off for a while, but sometimes it doesn't.
I first thought it could be down to the cold weather as the processor/pump are situated in a cold loft but after insulating round all the pipes and the processor and leaving the central heating on constant I'm still having the same issues.
Has anyone had any experience with the HiQu range and encountered any issues with it?
Does the processor have a safeguard cut off / shutdown if it is too hot or cold?
Is the HiQu range any good or have I wasted 2 grand?

Any help would be welcomed.

Chris

Aqualisa range are very good. They come with 5 years warranty/guarrantee. Give aqualisa a ring tomorrow, they have technical desks and will help you out.

Hi Chris

Did you have any luck with the problem? I am extremely keen on getting this setup.

Cheers
