Its a bit of a strange set-up, up to the 10th floors the flats have 2 seperate supplies, one tank fed feeds the wc, bath and whb cold, the other mains fed supplies the cw to the kitchen sink and dhw via combi to the flat, after the 10th floor it's all tank fed
