Hot water and waste in detached garage conversion

Hi,
One of my client has a detached garage with access to electricity and cold water. The plan is to convert it to a granny studio.
What's the best way to:
1- get hot water to install a sink/tap and a shower
2- install the waste water drainage

What is flow rate and dynamic pressure of water?
What is capacity of electrical supply?

There is 2.5 bars (36 Psi) water pressure. Water flow is 23 litres per minute.
Regarding electricity, the garage is connected to the house main fuse board and has a dedicated 50 amp RCBO.

As for waste should be easier enough to divert the main house drainage to the garage

So shall the cylinder be connected to the main central heating of the main house (tricky) or shall i go for an electric cylinder?
Also what about a tankless design to save space with for example an instant water heater? Any pros/cons of we compare with unvented cylinder?

You could use a Heatrea Sadia RP9.5 it depends on budget

Are you referring to this instant water heater on the pic attached?
Can we run a shower and kitchen tap at same time?

Instant heater will have poor flow rate especially in the winter.
As Shaun, far better to have an unvented cylinder.
If it’s going to be a self contained granny studio I would definitely heat it from within that annex - even if this is electric only.
A dual immersion cylinder is good for this scenario (economy 7 etc)
