Hi, I would be very grateful for any assistance with my hot water. I have a Baxi Combi boiler installed in the loft that seems to be working fine. However when I use either of the hot water taps in the bathroom their not running hot water correct.
The basin (mixer) tap only runs warm water at best, and the same goes with the bath tap except this runs warm and cold. In comparison when I run the (mixer) tap in the kitchen the hot water runs fine and at the correct temperature.
Has anybody got an idea why this is happening?
