I have hot water pouring out of the overflow pipe from the tank in the loft with belongs to the central heating system. Please can anyone help me????
I have had the boiler serviced today and it has been working all ok until tonight I noticed this water, I did notice that either boiler or this tank seems to be gurgling alot, then the water pours out!!

When they service boiler ,they probably altered boiler thermostat setting ,turning up,if thermostat out of calibration ,boiler now is over heating, turn boiler thermostat down,if all ok ,get it replaced

service engineer turned the gas down because he noticed it was using too much, would it still over heat due to this being turned down?? the boiler thermostat hasn't got a regulator on it as far as I know?

On the ideal concord if you lower bottom metal lid ,you will see the boiler white thermostat control knob with numbers on it,lower temp there,

If it not as simple as turning the thermostat down then call your engineer back, you should not get over heating even when the boiler is set to maximum temp (in the real world).
Martin.
