hot water pressure problem

hello, i have a ferroli DOMI compact combi (what a great boiler🙄) an no hot water pressure? only giving a trickle of hot water if the heating is on, does any one know wether its down to the flow switch or the heat exchange or neither??

When you say no hot water pressure do you mean you have to turn flow down to get hot water through tap when heating on ,then would think flow switch,if you mean no water hardly coming out of taps would be due to blokage,doubtfull main heat exchanger,check flow switch clear and inlet filter
