Hot water problems

Hi,

We have myson apollo boiler which works with Drayton Lifestyle LP722 programmer, with a hot water tank in the air cupboard. When we switch off the hot water button on the programmer the water in hot water cylinder is still heating water. Basically you can hear the water heating at night even though we switch off the hot water and heating off on the programmer but we still get hot water in the morning ? any ideas.

do you have an immersion heater linked to your hot water cylinder?

Yes we have immersion switch which is always switched off.

Sounds like you need to get a sparky in to do some testing. If the boiler is firing up and heating the cylinder then it is obviously getting a call for heat from somewhere.
