Hi folks

Had a job today at a block of flats (15th floor), the hot water taps worked sometimes,
some other times there would be not water coming out of hot water taps unless you turned the cold tap on.

Combi boiler, high pressure pumped from ground floor.
The lever handles have been put the wrong way, just to confuse me even more

Any ideas?

please explain what exactly that link is about or i will terminate your account

What would a video prove anyway. You can't prove water is hot or cold through a video. Only by being there would you be able to tell.

Water is definitely getting hot, its just that water stops coming out of the hot water tap.
The only way to get water coming out of the hot water tap is to open the cold tap.

That link dont work mate. Just tried it and its just a black screen with a play button crossed out on it.
