as titel really - i normally charge 60 for service of any appliances, 90 for back boilers.
but i was recently asked to service an unvented cylinder with electric element - so its just the safety aspects, and the pressure vessel check. now the apartment complex is new and the lad said to me that a lot of them have to have this service due to it being a lease hold? i was thinking of hitting the complex with some leaflets or letter offering the service, but what would be a reasonable price - i done the service for the lad who told me about it for 45 - my minimum rate for the first hour - but i was literally in and out in 20 mins and that was with a chat.
any ideas?
