Hi everyone I'm looking for a bit of advice in the best way to boost water pressure. I have a house in Portugal which isn't on mains, the water is supplied from a spring further up the hill. In the winter there is plenty of pressure, but it's rather poor in the summer, the water flows constantly and is tapped off to the house. I was thinking about fitting a tank to build a head of water, and was thinking about some sort if booster pump actuated by a drop in pressure when a tap is turned on. I would appreciate your views and advice on this or an alternative system. If I was to use a pump can anyone recommend the type I would need.

many thanks
