Hi can anyone give me any info i have my city and guilds 6022 and 6032 bepec water regs and citb unvented hot water qualification. Can anyone please advise how I go on about obtaining my NVQ? Many thanks

Fuzzy is your man, he'll be along sooner of later to advise. However you do need a work placement or work lined up to complete your NVQ.

It's also supposed to be changing to a diploma soon.

Thanks for reply. I am currently working as a plumber with someone. But to be able to apply for further jobs I presume I will need an NVQ.

NVQ shows the real world application of what you've been taught in class. You'll have an NVQ folder with various tasks listed which an NVQ accessor will rate you against at each visit.

thanks guys, I have city and guilds 6022 and 6032 does this mean I can work as a self employed plumber whilst training for nvq?
