How to refill the boiler - Vaillant EcoTec Pro 28

Hi,

I don't know how to do this on the boiler. I've googled quite alot and even on this forum and everyone says there must be a Flexi loop with 2 valves or even 1 and that's it.

My boiler only has 1 black Valve. I've turned it fully - no water, I turned it a quarter and still nothing.
Even tried to adjust the Bar thing using the buttons but it's not increasing it.

I've never had problems filling the boiler in my other properties I've rented.

The Bar is at .7 right now.

The connection for loop are in the first pic, you just need to find loop and connect it up. Perhaps call landlord

ok Thanks, I thought I could loosen the screws or something.

Need the flexi pipe that screws onto where those caps/nuts are

I asked my landlord and he doesn't know.
said he will look into it, had a problem with the plumber or something.

Also moved the washing machine to try and find the cold water pipe and found a valve i tried turning it and nothing. (picture added to Dropbox)

and had the black valve running parrarel to the pipe underneath the boiler.

As above the flexi is not connected to the too taps to re pressurise the boiler, call you land lord to get a plumber out, should have it sorted in 15minutes

Hi Plumben,
The house was very cold so I decided to at least warm up for a bit and just 20mins the pressure shows 2.2??? I thought it was only the plus that were automatic. I've let the landlord know too.
