I have seen older posts about the CXA boiler cutting out after 35 minutes. No overheat button comes on. After cooling a bit it restarts when reset. Does anyone know what the problem is.

It could be one of a number of things to be honest. I would advise you to get a commercial heating engineer to look at it for you.
Thanks. I have one coming, but am cross that Ideal refused to send someone themselves
It can't be under warranty?
Or do you mean you would expect an invoice?
I would have paid whatever, but they refused to send one of their engineers.
