I went to the aforementioned boiler the other day.
There was condensate leaking from the black plastic flue collector from just above the cleaning access point.
I called ideal and got the part number ok but never having changed one I'm not sure how long it should take.
Any ideas gang?

I have got one to do as well. Where have you got it from as plumb center can't get one for 7-10 days.

I'm allowing 1 hour as it looks fairly straight forward.

Remove condense trap, flue and undo clips and drop it off put new one on and test.

We use parts center, I can't advise on delivery as my office will order it.
I suspect your about right about the fitting time, cheers millsy.

Seen a couple where only getting Luke warm water, all the heat going down the heating. I've referred them back as under warranty has anyone else had this on these? Wandering what the outcome was.

Yeh - usually we get to fix them. Dirty system burned out div head and DHW switch scaled - top issues

Cheers ermintrude, I just assumed it would be the diverter passing.

Yeah I assumed the ideal lads changed the diverters when that happened. Is that not the case?

I was going to ring ideal with the reference number and see if they will tell me what they've done.

I was also told by an ideal rep, that the earlier logics diverter leaked water into the actuator head causing by faulty o ring on the diverter?
