Serviced 3 Logic+'s today, two of which when the heating is running or the pump over run is on after demand, the pressure gauge needle is rattling about so much it is actually noticeable from within a 3m range from the boiler. Luckily ones in a cupboard so that drowns out the rattle, but the other is in the kitchen. Anyone else noticing this, any fix's???

Love these boilers, fitted loads, great to install and service. Pressure gauge seems to let them down a bit, due to position I suppose, not great when you need to show an old dear where the gauge is on her new boiler! The extenders are good but should really be supplied with the boiler. Also notice the pressure tends to rise a lot more than other boilers when the heating is on, even on small systems

fit an external one if you cant see/easy access to the one on the boiler

and the gauge shouldn't be moving that much maybe a problem?

All 30Kw, all working perfect. The gauge extender usually sorts out the viewing problem (If theres one in the van!) Almost every Logice we've fitted rises to 2 bar when the heatings up to temp. I first thought something was stuck in the pump when I heard the rattle, then seen the needle travelling about 1mm back and forth at a million mph! 🙂

They were aware of "rattly" gauges and rectified them with a new part. Under warranty they would change them. Mine did it so i just bought the gauge and fitted it in a couple of minutes, problem solved.
