Ideal Logic Heat !5 FA fault code

Called to a Ideal logic heat 15 with FA fault code flashing. S plan on unvented. System is 3 or so years old and had been working fine up until then. FA code says flow return crossed. But its been working fine till now. Any ideas ????

Pump is spinning ok. Zone valve opens. Fires up for few seconds the FA again

Ha. Yes . No air in system, all is well apart from FA code
