Ideal logic heat

Had to replace the condensate sump on this only 2.5yrs old, cust neighbours some have also had it done. When I phoned ideal for part number, I explained I had a leak, they told me what the leak was and part number before I had even explained it!
Thought ideal were getting better?

They are a pain to get out for cleaning, it may have got damaged on the lasts service

Sump doesn't come out for service, unless you drain the boiler and remove the hex
