Hi All

New to here and have a strange 1 !

Installed Ideal Classic HE15FF.

When conducting flue analysis we are getting a negative CO reading which obviously throws the ratio - However with the casing removed readings are very normal, i.e CO circa 40ppm ratio .0004.

Telagan Sprint V3 - 6 months old - Have tested on wb greenstar today readings fine.

Any ideas guys?
