Intermittent cold water

I have an Ideal Logic+ combi 30 installed March 2012, it seems to have a problem that is steadily getting worse. You to have run the hot water tap for a considerable time before hot water arrives and occasionally running hot water suddenly turns to cold water. This happens at all house water outlets and very occasionally in the shower. The bolier has been regularily serviced. Advice/suggestions welcome please.

The options are many fold, could be one of a couple of components on the boiler or even a mixer valve passing. I'd advise a GSR Engineer mate

Don't these have a 7 year guarantee ? time to call to Ideal???
